We are in search of a bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to become an integral part of our vibrant team of industry experts. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of the HR team and the execution of human resources policies, procedures, and programs while fostering HR practices that cultivate a high-performance, employee-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HR data systems with accuracy and timeliness.

Generate various HR reports and analyses.

Oversee the daily management of employee benefits, leaves of absence, and permits.

Assist with Payroll and HR audits as required, including monthly and year-end processes.

Administer compensation and benefits initiatives.

Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Support the HR team in various company events and initiatives.

Facilitate recruiting and staffing logistics.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting for both employer and employee.

Contribute to the creation, implementation, and enhancement of diverse HR processes and best practices.

Manage performance evaluations and introduce improvement systems.

Handle employee relations while safeguarding the interests of both employees and the organization in line with HR policies and legal regulations.

Monitor the organizational culture to ensure it aligns with the company's objectives and fosters employee satisfaction.

Assist in all HR-related events as necessary.

Stay aligned with Lutron's core values and culture.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

A minimum of 8 years of HR experience within a manufacturing context.

At least 3 years of experience related to payroll is preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of general HR functions.

Familiarity with Costa Rican labor laws and regulations.

Experience with HRIS and time management tools.

Essential Skills:
Availability: 3rd Shift - Monday to Friday from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong judgment, decision-making, problem-solving skills, flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and a focus on quality.

Hands-on approach to work.

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
