Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and sales.
  • Store Operations: Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless store operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail or bakery environment, with a focus on customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar accrediting organization as a "Certified Food Safety Manager" or will be required to attend company-provided training and have the ability to achieve accreditation within the first 90 days of employment.
