Job Summary

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-based assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ABA programs, making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting on client progress.
  • Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers on ABA strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other members of the client's treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Current and active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable).
  • Completed BACB-approved 8-hour supervision training prior to start of employment.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism.
  • Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, and AFFL's.
  • Strong supervisory and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel.
