Job Opportunity
We are seeking an entry-level Asphalt Plant Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction materials testing team, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance testing and inspections at asphalt plants during production.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance testing and inspections at asphalt plants to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our testing and inspection services.
- Provide technical support to our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn and obtain necessary certifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to move up and down stairs and platforms.
- Ability to lift and transport samples less than 50 lbs.
- Excellent driving record and ability to pass company background checks, including a drug screen.
Benefits
- Starting salary of $18 per hour during the training and certification process.
- Opportunity to increase salary to $20 per hour upon certification and commencement of plant inspection duties.
