The Game Room Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the redemption area and all game room units at Pac-Man Pies LLC, DBA Mr. Gatti's Pizza. This position ensures that all midway equipment meets safety standards and is in proper operating condition.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the game room and redemption area, including ordering, stocking, and ticketing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all game room units and midway equipment are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
- Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of staff members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.
- Vendor Management: Work with vendors to ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Quarterly Planning: Develop and implement quarterly plans to improve game room operations and increase revenue.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, computer maintenance, or network maintenance.
- Skills: Ability to direct a staff, exercise sound discretion, memorize basic job routines, read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Health: Must comply with applicable city Department of Health regulations and Jason's deli's dress code policies.
- Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to six hours in length, frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping, ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively.
