About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our Day Services team at ViaQuest. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our company and programmatic policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Oversee the management of our Day Program and Employment Services Program, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete and submit monthly benchmark reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of Program Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our programs.
  • Program Growth: Plan and facilitate program growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and development.
  • Developmental Opportunities: Identify and implement developmental opportunities for staff and individuals served.
Requirements
  • Education: A four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in human services, with management or supervisory experience required.
