Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg / Telemetry environment. As a Travel Nurse RN with Nurse First, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in a new and exciting setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
