About the Role

As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up dialysis machines
  • Float to various clinics during and after training

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice
  • Experience in dialysis or a related field (not required but preferred)
