About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Target. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
