Position Overview:

This role is integral to our innovative projects, where our Centers of Energy serve as collaborative spaces that enhance productivity, creativity, and a sense of community. Our teams engage in flexible work arrangements that suit their collaborative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Design and Development: Craft and enhance prompts that direct AI models to yield accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Execute thorough testing of prompts to assess their effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and improve performance.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with data scientists, machine learning specialists, and product teams to align prompt requirements with application integration.
  • Performance Optimization: Regularly evaluate and enhance prompts to boost model efficacy, incorporating feedback and the latest research findings.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of prompt designs, testing processes, and performance evaluations.
  • User-Focused Design: Ensure prompts are intuitive and meet the expectations of end-users, thereby improving the overall user experience.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in natural language processing and artificial intelligence to integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or a related field, with a solid grasp of AI model training and deployment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and precision of prompts and their outputs.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/ML offerings.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.
