- Seeking dedicated physicians who are passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-focused healthcare. These roles are hospital-employed.
- Full-spectrum Medical Oncology and Hematology services.
- Patient care distribution: approximately 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient.
- Case mix: around 30% Hematology and 70% Solid Tumor cases.
- Current outpatient census averages about 25 patients per clinic session; inpatient volume fluctuates but typically ranges from 5 to 10 patients.
- The practice comprises 3 full-time Medical Oncologists (handling both Hematology and solid tumors) and 1 full-time Hematologist (focused solely on Hematology, both benign and malignant). The current team is cohesive, with minimal turnover, and offers excellent mentorship for new practitioners.
- Support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant and clinic RN for each physician, along with 2 inpatient Nurse Practitioners who support the group.
- Infusion Radiation: Employing cutting-edge technology, including the Elekta Versa HD Linear Accelerator with cloud-based Brainlab/Exactrac, allowing precise targeting of brain lesions while preserving healthy tissue. The facility is also the sole provider in the area offering Xofigo, an injection for treating bone metastasis in prostate cancer patients, and utilizes the Brachytherapy Flexitron machine for specialized cancer treatment.
- Infusion Therapy Center: A dedicated space for chemotherapy, infusion therapy, injections, and blood products, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for outpatient treatments.
- Breast Health Center: Recently renovated, this center focuses exclusively on the prevention, early detection, and treatment of breast cancer, reflecting a commitment to specialized care.
- Clinical Excellence: The facility boasts a proven track record of clinical success, having received numerous quality achievement awards, underscoring its commitment to high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
