Job Overview

Position Title: Logistics Associate

We are in search of a Logistics Associate for a role that involves a schedule from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of additional hours. The compensation for this position is $19.20 per hour. The preferred candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, possess effective communication abilities, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit. This role entails spending approximately 80% of the workday on the warehouse floor and primarily operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack.
  • Coordinate with the headquarters department.
  • Collect and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly food safety documentation.
  • Update and uphold Food Safety Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Record Forms, Annual Reports, and Training Records to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Engage with Sales Representatives to clarify customer food safety expectations.
  • Discuss corrective measures with the Line Manager/Assistant Line Manager and the HQ Food Safety Department.
  • Prepare and submit Response Letters by established deadlines.
  • Participate in all initial and follow-up inspections.

Bilingual candidates with steel toe boots are preferred.
