Job Summary

Williamson Health is seeking a skilled Medical Unit Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide daily hygiene, assist with ADLs, and data collection in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with data collection and organize assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care delivery
  • Transcribe medical plans of care and provide clerical support
  • Document accurately and timely, maintaining a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families
Requirements
  • Certified or at least one year of nursing assistant experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS within 90 days of hire
Work Environment

Our Medical-Surgical Unit provides care to patients ranging from less than one year of age to 99 years of age. As a Medical Unit Secretary, you will be able to stand and work for up to twelve hours a day, and lift with assistance up to 250 lbs.
