About the Role

We're hiring an experienced marketing professional with a background in content strategy, editorial production, and digital marketing. You'll lead the development of a full-funnel content strategy, creating owned content across web, social, email, blog, and other mediums. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, including Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing & Creative, Public Relations, Executive Leadership, Member Experience, Operations, Sales, and Product Management.

  2. Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with our key audiences.
  3. Lead Industrious' content discipline to publish standard-setting content.
  4. Oversee editorial content strategy, including development, execution, and evolution of key concepts and storylines.
  5. Identify and activate new and innovative content opportunities for Industrious.
  6. Manage one internal copywriter and additional contractors as needed.
  7. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure content synchronicity with strategic business and marketing initiatives.
  8. Establish content KPIs and provide regular performance analyses.

This is a hybrid role where you'll work in person at least 2 days/week at one of our locations in Chicago or NYC. We're looking for a seasoned professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities and balance member focus with business objectives.
