Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Certification and Licensure
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required for this position.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is highly preferred but not initially required for this role.
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) certification is required for this position.
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is also required.
    • Tech Cert Verification - National is required for non-RN and LPN staff.
    • HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement is required for all staff.
    • State License 1 Verification is required for all staff.
    • NURSYS Verification is required for RN, LPN/LVN, and AP staff.
  • Shift and Schedule
    • This position requires a Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts from 8am to 4:30pm.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Proof of I9 or Attestation is required for all staff.
    • Government-issued photo ID is required for all staff.
    • Proof of Everify or Attestation is required for all staff.
    • Residency Declaration Form is required for nurses working on a compact license.
    • All staff must complete the facility's application as soon as possible to be eligible to start the assignment.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
  • PALS certification is highly preferred.
  • TNCC certification is required.
  • Tech Cert Verification - National is required for non-RN and LPN staff.
