We are offering a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job:
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a professional position requiring extensive civil/environmental engineering-related technical experience. Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer with a preference for holding a license in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Office 365, AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD/SEDCAD software, and interacting with clients and technical staff.

Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and permitting utility projects.
- Create, review, and certify erosion control and grading designs for utility projects.
- Develop permit documentation, coordinate with various agencies, and produce construction drawings and specifications, including hydrologic analyses with runoff flow rates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in any professional position requiring extensive civil/environmental engineering-related technical experience.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer with a preference for holding a license in North Carolina.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience interacting with clients preferred.
- Experience managing project budgets and schedules preferred.
- Experience with permitting and interfacing with permitting agencies preferred.
