BEUMER Group is a leading manufacturer of intralogistics solutions, offering a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Installation Supervisor II to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the installation of mechanical and general installation activities on-site for BEUMER system projects.
- Supervise contractors and workers to ensure the highest quality of work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with site and project personnel, serving as BEUMER's on-site representative for customers and subcontractors.
- Manage site logistics, including material handling and coordination with engineering areas and third-party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with existing and emerging codes and regulations, as well as BEUMER's objectives and policies.
- 5+ years of electro-mechanical experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret installation drawings and maintain train-the-trainer certifications for fork lift, scissor lift, and boom lift.
- Intermediate welding skills and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high degree of initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet underwriting requirements.
- OSHA 30 Trainer Qualifications.
- First Aid Trainer Qualification.
- Equipment Trainer Qualification.
