ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Advantage by Marshall is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain facilities, including offices, restrooms, and breakrooms
* Sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
* Vacuum and clean carpets and upholstery
* Take out the trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and wear a backpack vacuum
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
