We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
