The Compliance Specialist in the Risk Management department at Firstsource Solutions works closely with our network of law firms, clients, and other internal departments to ensure firms comply with laws, regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit law firms within our network for client and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform reviews for accuracy and compliant work efforts.
  • Ensure timely handling of client requests and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison with the client to escalate and resolve audit findings in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop audit procedure enhancements and efficiencies as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of risk management strategies and policies.
  • Job Qualifications:
    • Strong analytical skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail are required.
    • Able to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
    • Reliable attendance, able to complete work timely and meet client expectations.
    • Able to communicate effectively, possess active listening skills, and provide feedback or ask questions when needed.
    • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
