Job Description

At Superbeo, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with formulating a plan of care for residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Provide nursing care to residents according to physician orders and regulations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Update plans of care as needed, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Observe and document resident observations and care given, utilizing the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Direct and assist with resident education, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their healthcare goals.
  • Notify families of condition changes, ensuring they are informed and involved in their loved one's care.
  • Handle linens and supplies in accordance with regulations and guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Use standard precautions, adhering to transmission guidelines and washing hands between resident cares.
  • Report and follow up on signs and symptoms of resident infections, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Prior work experience in a like or related position may be beneficial.
  • Licensure for the state of practice is required.
