Position Summary:
This role is part of the DCS-Americas Controllership team and involves monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on various systems. The Project Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with multiple business areas as a subject matter expert on tools and systems. Additional responsibilities include providing process guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain Indirect & Capital Projects.
  • Execute various data mass updates in Oracle.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of revenue controls.
  • Prepare quarterly financial reports as required.
  • Participate in annual system reorganization and upgrades as necessary.
  • Provide audit support and assist with special projects.
  • Deliver professional-level accounting support for moderately complex tasks, ensuring adherence to generally accepted accounting practices.
  • Maintain records and generate special financial reports as needed.
  • Work under moderate supervision while managing daily tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with two (2) years of relevant experience in finance and project accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in project accounting and finance.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Project Module.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse internal client base.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines with moderate supervision.
