We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist Lead to join our team at WMC Advanced Physician Services PC.
Key Responsibilities- Operate complex x-ray equipment to take radiographs of various body parts using special procedures.
- Assist physicians in detecting foreign bodies and diagnosing diseases and injuries.
- Properly position patients and develop x-rays.
- Maintain radiographic files and operate CAT Scan equipment.
- Provide technical assistance and quality control to x-ray technicians and support staff.
- Two years of experience in a hospital x-ray department or private radiological laboratory.
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Certification Program or Associate's Degree.
- Possession of a valid license and current registration issued by the New York State Department of Health.
- Certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the field of Radiography.
