Nurse Supervisor

About the Role:

Troy Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Supervisor in our healthcare team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assign nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care and services
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure they have the resources and training needed to excel in their roles

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
