Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Foster Care Redesign efforts as an Administrator VI. This role will be responsible for directing the implementation and operations of Community Based Care activities, serving as the liaison to the Single Source Continuum Contractor, and building effective relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Implementation:
• Direct and manage the implementation of Community Based Care activities at the catchment area level.
• Develop and manage catchment-specific implementation plans in coordination with the Community Based Care Director.
Liaison and Partnership Building:
• Serve as the catchment area liaison to the Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC).
• Build and maintain effective relationships with SSCC, community stakeholders, and other agencies.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
• Establish and maintain engagement of and cooperative relationships among Community Based Care stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate catchment area implementation support teams.
Problem-Solving and Resolution:
• Identify and resolve Community Based Care concerns through collaboration with program staff, the judiciary, advocates, and other community stakeholders.
• Gather, track, and report data as requested.
Quality Improvement and Evaluation:
• Manage evaluation/Quality Improvement activities at the catchment area level.
• Attend State-level Community Based Care meetings as requested.
Communication and Representation:
• Prepare and make presentations and conduct public meetings in support of Community Based Care.
• Refers requests for Community Based Care information from the media and plans informational programs to maintain favorable stakeholder perceptions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of the community and community stakeholders, agency program and contract policy, procedures, and regulations.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, managing teams, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to develop and use project management processes, practices, and tools, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts, and travel locally and outside the catchment area as needed.
