Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Family Health from an accredited nursing program and be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, formulating treatment plans, and documenting patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to patients in their homes, communities, and nursing facilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including history and physical exams
- Order diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Formulate treatment plans and document patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in community-based initiatives to improve health outcomes
- Master's degree in Family Health from an accredited nursing program
- Current state-issued license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals certification
- Current unrestricted driver's license
- 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and/or Nurse Practitioner
- Previous experience in home health, community health, or public health settings
- Fluency in a language in addition to English
- Flexible scheduling with either 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts
- $30,000 nursing loan repayment over 3 years
- $2,000 annual CME allowance
- Home office stipend, mileage reimbursement, and cell phone
- Tuition/Certification Reimbursement - $5,250 annually
