Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team at L.E.A.P. for Infants, Inc. As a developmental therapist, you will work directly with young children and their families to address delays and disorders in development and learning.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and providing interventions to promote healthy development and learning. You will work closely with other professionals, such as therapists and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in young children
• Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family
• Provide interventions to promote healthy development and learning
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of services provided
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and research-based interventions

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Developmental Psychology or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience working with young children and their families
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferably)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client homes

Compensation and Benefits:
• Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
