Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Inventory Associate is tasked with the precise and effective selection of products for our clientele.

Must be proficient in operating a stand-up forklift and an electric pallet jack.

Core Duties:
- Utilize RF scanners to scan and stock products into designated locations.
- Manually remove tops from cases as needed.
- Inspect products for any damages or defects.
- Ensure product descriptions match labels accurately while adhering to production standards to minimize errors.
- Transport products using a stand-up electric pallet jack.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain consistent attendance.
- Adhere to safe working practices.
- Safeguard confidential company information.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting preferred.
- Previous experience with powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers) preferred.
- Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.
- Ability to follow safety protocols as instructed.
- Capability to work independently without direct supervision.

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Must be able to lift, carry, and/or move up to 75 pounds. The associate is required to sit, stand, walk, and climb frequently.

While performing the duties of this position, the associate may be exposed to varying temperatures typical of a warehouse environment.

The associate may also encounter outside weather conditions. Noise levels in the work environment are generally low to moderate.
