Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the formulation and upkeep of precise and impactful engineered standards via time and frequency analyses.
  • Establish and uphold optimal methodologies for all job roles, including training supervisors and hourly staff on productivity techniques and operational methods.
  • Facilitate business goals and initiatives aimed at expense reduction and throughput enhancement through thorough needs evaluations, workflow analyses, and actionable recommendations.

Employ project management tools to strategize, develop, and coordinate tasks aimed at measurable outcomes. Experiment with innovative concepts to improve flow and configuration in distribution centers. Aid in the design and execution of material handling systems within network facilities. Support capital initiatives with work sampling, cost justifications, and cost-benefit evaluations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in process design, work measurement, productivity enhancement, and project execution.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in time study methodologies and associated tools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing best practices, management observation, and accountability programs.
  • Familiarity with productivity monitoring, data collection systems, Standard Data, and Predetermined Time Systems.
  • Skills in cost analysis for project justifications.
