  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and functional ability.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $27 - $31 per hour, paid per visit.

Requirements:
