Production Supervisor

This position is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and yield standards
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals
- Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting of production data
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education beyond high school preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Relocation assistance eligible
