Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and yield standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting of production data
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education beyond high school preferred
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
