Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales associate who can provide excellent customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, and maintain a clean and organized store.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, answering questions and making recommendations on products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom.
  • Restock shelves, process donations, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
