Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team at North Cape Center in Cape May, NJ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our nursing units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
