We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex brake system issues, including brake pad replacement and brake fluid exchange.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs to customers.
- Provide accurate and transparent estimates for repairs, using industry-standard software and tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on brake systems.
- ASE certification in A5 - Brakes and other relevant areas, such as Engine Performance and Electrical Systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on technical education and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
