Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the wash location
  • Coach and mentor employees to enhance wash quality
  • Engage with customers to build and maintain meaningful relationships
  • Manage car wash equipment operations and oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products
  • Operate POS systems and other wash-related computer programs
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of prior leadership and management experience
  • Eagerness to learn about car wash tunnel equipment operations, maintenance, and repair
  • Proven track record of success in managing day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cars and detailing skills is a plus but not required
