Dealer of Entertainment

We are looking for an experienced Casino Table Game Professional to join our team at Cliff Castle Casino. As a key member of our casino staff, you will be responsible for creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests.

Estimated Salary: $14,000 - $16,000 per annum based on 20 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:

• Deal games in a manner that creates a fun experience for guests while adhering to all CCCH policies and procedures.
• Ensure game protection, efficient game pace, payout accuracy and speed.
• Manage game speed and player interactions.
• Call supervisor for any game irregularities or questions.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
• Demonstrate knowledge of games and guidelines.
• Tactfully handle stressful situations.
• Maintain current knowledge of casino promotions and events.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Report pertinent game information to incoming dealers.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as card games dealer.
• Possess sound judgment, read and speak English fluently.
• Pass basic math test and live audition.
• Able to deal from a 6-deck shoe and operate basic equipment.
• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Participate in pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
