Job Overview

This part-time Registered Nurse position is available on the 4 East Med/Surg unit at our medical center. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse patient population.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The primary role of the Registered Nurse is to implement the patient care delivery model for patients and their families. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating care provided to assigned patients.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • BSN preferred; required to obtain within 3 years
  • Inpatient experience preferred; minimum of 2 years' experience preferred
  • Eligible for Delaware State license (or compact license)
  • BLS certification with the American Heart Association required; PALS certification required to obtain within 1 year
About the Role

This is a night shift position with every third weekend and every other holiday rotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the patient care delivery model and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
