Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Manage menu items, including reading and visually verifying information.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
