Key Responsibilities:
- Craft beverages for guests and cocktail attendants, ensuring a tidy workspace and adhering to the highest customer service standards.
- Maintain vigilance regarding safety and accident prevention, swiftly reporting any incidents to management.
- Deliver prompt service to gaming patrons, guaranteeing a memorable experience.
- Stay informed about drink recipes and garnishes, providing top-tier beverages.
- Handle transactions and payments efficiently.
- Utilize knowledge of garnishes, glassware, and drink ingredients.
- Encourage effective communication between shifts for seamless operations.
- Perform bar back responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
- Previous experience in bartending is essential, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant procedures.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills, treating all patrons with dignity and professionalism.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and effectiveness.
- Show a cooperative, helpful, and friendly demeanor, fostering a positive and inviting environment.
- Familiarity with the Cut-Off Procedure and compliance with related documentation protocols.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Capability to obtain and sustain all necessary licensing for the position.
- Must be able to secure a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the Non-Gaming level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and cover the associated fees.
- Extended periods of standing and working on the Casino floor.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
