Banner Health is currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical ICU Stepdown team in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Location: Sun City, Arizona
Department: PCU 3rd Floor
As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide essential patient care, ensuring comfort and contributing to the overall care plan. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Formulating and implementing individualized care plans.
- Documenting patient data and care provided accurately.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
This role offers the flexibility of either a full-time position with three 12-hour shifts per week or part-time with two 12-hour shifts per week. Enjoy competitive benefits, including a night shift differential and a weekend shift differential when applicable.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a valid RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification. Experience in acute care settings is preferred, with a focus on telemetry, ICU, or progressive care nursing.
