Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories to provide expert advice to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and drive business results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, safely lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, and comfortable climbing ladders.
- Drive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers.
- Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
