Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our team at Medical City Fort Worth. As an LVN Med Surgical, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
- Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Serve as a resource to department staff, students, and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of Vocational Nursing school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
