We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and public spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and free of clutter, including public bathrooms, lobbies, classrooms, and living spaces.
  • Assist with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash and recyclables.
  • Perform high and low dusting, vacuuming, and spot cleaning of walls, windows, switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents.
