About the Role">

We are seeking a seasoned Development Director to join our team at A.T. Still University. As a key member of our Advancement Office, you will be responsible for securing major gifts from alumni, parents, friends, foundations, and corporations to support the University's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a portfolio of 100-125 major gift prospects and personally manage the identification, cultivation, solicitation, recognition, and stewardship of those prospects.
  • Develop and continue existing strategies, and implement programs to realize gifts for the University with special emphasis in the area of major gifts.
  • Serve as the liaison between the UA office and the Dean of CHC or as assigned by the Assistant Chief Advancement Officer.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree in Business, Communications, or Liberal Arts.
  • Should have experience with all methods of charitable giving and possess strong written/verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to work congenially in a multifaceted academic institution and operation of office equipment.
