Job Overview

Fresh Baguette, a renowned artisanal French bakery, is seeking a skilled Pastry Packer to join its dynamic team at the Rockville, MD Production Center. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established packaging processes and food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Shape and prepare cardboard boxes for efficient packaging.
  • Handle and store frozen products with care, adhering to temperature control guidelines.
  • Accurately complete logs and reports to track production progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (over 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
