Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Manager in executing and managing all activities related to store operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Stay informed about operational systems and provide training to store personnel as needed, supporting key initiatives and monitoring progress.
- Implement and uphold all operational policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of compliance across all stores.
- Manage the flow of inventory from the warehouse to the retail locations, collaborating with stock teams to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Facilitate store-to-store transfers and merchandise returns, overseeing their execution and progress.
- Ensure the store environment meets established standards of excellence at all times.
- Lead and manage stock movement processes effectively.
- Assist in organizing physical inventory counts and analyzing the results in partnership with Inventory Control.
- Support the management of uniforms and packaging processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Self-driven with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks independently, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on numerical data and statistical analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
