Bar Attendant

This position is located at the West Point Club.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bar Assistant. As a Bar Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up bars with beverages and condiments, cleaning equipment and the bar area, and replenishing supplies as needed.

• Set up bars with beverages and condiments prior to opening
• Clean equipment, glasses, and utensils and the bar area on a continuing basis
• Replenish supplies as necessary and dispose of waste materials
• Unload and stack supplies for storage
• Prepare simple garnishes

• No work experience required
• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds
• Meet state/local age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages

• Recognize shortages of supplies and replace them as necessary
• Ability to use knives and automatic slicers
• Able to serve simple drinks under close guidance of the Bartender

Candidates with special qualifying skills and experience may be brought in at a higher rate of pay, determined by the Hiring Manager.
