Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Individual Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store success.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Style and wardrobe each customer based on their needs, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as an ambassador of the 7 For All Mankind brand and culture, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement is met.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and generate excitement about our product through client outreach.
  • Assist with Operational Tasks: Assist the store management team with non-selling operational tasks, including replenishing stock levels, maintaining organization of the store stockroom, and assisting with sales and promotions.
Requirements
  • 1+ Years of Related Experience: Possess 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently operate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Initiative and Self-Starter: Possess a high level of initiative and be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Standing Required: Stand for entire work shifts, with regular interactions with the public in an often crowded and noisy store environment.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive hand motion while operating a cash register or computer, with the ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
