Academic Physician Assistant

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our Behavioral Health team in Twin Falls, Idaho. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric and behavioral health care services to children, adolescents, adults, and families with varying diagnoses.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health care services to patients with a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and mental health therapists to provide patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed, while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
- Eligibility to obtain licensure in Idaho to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
