Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our paint division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our wholesale customers, including answering questions and recommending products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Assist with inventory management, including pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse and stocking shelves
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product features and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the paint industry
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; bilingualism in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
